A contract was signed for the preparation of Gediz and Büyük Menderes Drought Management Plan

Gediz and Büyük Menderes Basins Drought Management Plan Preparation Project” was signed on 26.10.2017 between the General Directorate of Water Management and Alter Uluslararası Müh. Ve Müş.Hiz.Ltd.Şti. The project will be completed in 2019.

The aim of the Project is to reduce the adverse effects of possible drought risks in Gediz and Büyük Menderes basins. Under the scope of the Project, precautions to be taken will be determined and Drought Management Plan will be prepared.
