ALTER were at 4th Water Loss Forum Turkey

4th Water Loss Forum host municipalities,water administrations,universities and the private sector in İstanbul in order to find solutions to water loss and leakages in terms of planning,strategies and financing.

Through Water Loss Forum-which is the only activity within this field- supported by General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works and General Directorate of Water Management within the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, more than 900 attendees including all Water and Sewerage Administrations affiliated to 30 Metropolitan and 80 Municipalities and Senior Managers within the sector came together.

Within this special activity,where 30 speakers and 5 panels took place;both public and private sector representatives have tried to find innovative solutions to water loss and leakages.Moreover,for the first time in 2018,under the title of ‘Financing for Water loss and leakage Management’ valuable sessions held with the participation of International Finance Institutions.
